Negotiation of Major Life Sciencess Investment

M77:FRA) the Deutsche Börse listed financial services group, has announced that it is in negotiations to acquire and commercialise the intellectual property of one of the world's leading oncology scientists. Contracts have been prepared subject to financing.
The acquisition of private equity and venture capital funds is a key component for shareholder value creation for Millhouse, Inc. PLC.
The Chairman, M. Paillart, stated from Singapore today that "many hundreds of billions of dollars have been invested in cancer research and pharmaceuticals development in the 40 years since the War on Cancer was officially launched by President Richard Nixon. Almost all known treatments are based on protocols using poisonous chemicals and ionizing radiation, both of which are non-specific and kill healthy cells".
The contracts provide for the acquisition and clinical development of new intellectual property for tumour control therapies using naturally occurring metabolic systems. The objective is to build one of the worlds' leading cancer therapeutic companies.
Millhouse, Inc. PLC intends to complete EBITDA accretive acquisitions in private banking, wealth management, investment, asset and funds management and private equity and debt markets. The positive cash flow from the acquisitions would be used for additional acquisitions as the company embarks on a rapid expansion phase in 2012-13 and for debt retirement as appropriate. The company will also be sponsoring new IPO's on Deutsche Börse as part of its private equity strategy.
