ASX:PGM) (PTNUF:OTCMKTS) advises that the Prospectus for the Non-Renounceable Rights Issue announced to the ASX on 10 February 2014 was dispatched to all eligible shareholders on Friday 21 February 2014, together with personalised entitlement and acceptance forms.
As previously advised, the closing date for acceptances is 14 March 2014.
