ASX:DNA) advises details of the outcome of each resolution, and the proxies received in respect of each resolution, at today's Extraordinary General Meeting.
Resolution 1 - Approval of previous issue of 29,320,000 shares issued in November and December 2013
The motion was carried as an ordinary resolution on a show of hands.
The instructions given to validly appointed proxies in respect of the resolution were as follows:
