iProperty Group Ltd (ASX:IPP) 录得67%创纪录现金收入增长及持续正向现金流

iProperty Group Ltd (IPP.AX)，亚洲第一大的网络地产门户网站以及相关房地产服务商，今天发布了2015年第三季度4C报告。

iProperty Group报告指出，本季度公司现金收入创下新的记录，达到860万澳币。同比2014年第三季度上升67%，升幅340万澳币。尽管由于季节性原因，第三季度是一年中典型的营收淡季，但iProperty Group在所有的市场仍增长强劲。

该集团还录得创纪录的50万澳币净运营现金流，这是连续第三个时期录得净运营现金流，净现金流为20万澳币。这个业绩是在提前支付2016年房地产博览会款项和不利的外汇流动情况下实现的。

iProperty Group的董事长兼首席执行官Georg Chmiel说，再一次证明我们持续强劲增长的现金流是我们过去几个季度业务显著增长的体现。我们期待在2015年剩下的日子按照我们的指导方针继续优秀的成长轨迹。
