NewSat Limited's (ASX:NWT) (OTC:NWTLY) said it has entered the second half of FY10 with monthly annuity contract revenue in excess of A1.9 million dollars as a result of two new contract additions. The two new contracts follow on from a successful 6 months where NewSat increased contracted new business revenues by approximately 20% against the corresponding period and delivered on its promise to shift an EBITDA loss to an EBITDA profit.

Emerging lithium producer, Galaxy Resources Limited (ASX:GXY) (PINK:GALXF) has received the safety and energy saving approvals for its Jiangsu Lithium Carbonate Plant. Both approvals were granted by the Suzhou Municipal Administration of Work Safety. Galaxy also said the Project Application Report (PAR) will be submitted this week and based on the anticipation of prompt assessments, the business licence for Galaxy Lithium (Jiangsu) Company Limited should be granted late January 2010.

iSOFT Group Limited (ASX:ISF), Australia's largest listed health information technology company, said UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) decided to discontinue its investigation into iSOFT Group plc under S397 Financial Services & Markets Act 2000. iSOFT Group Limited (formerly IBA Health Group Limited) acquired UK-based iSOFT Group plc in October 2007 post the events that were the subject matter of the investigation. "The FSA result brings to a conclusion one of the remaining legacies of the former iSOFT which we acquired in 2007," said Gary Cohen, iSOFT Group Limited Executive Chairman & CEO.
