Byte Power Group Limited (ASX:BPG) Update on payment terms with Noetic Synergy

Byte Power Group Ltd (ASX:BPG) provides an update on the payment terms agreed between Byte Power Pty Ltd ("BPPL") and Noetic Synergy Sdn Bhd ("Noetic") for contract work for the development of Byte Power X Pty Ltd's cryptocurrency exchange.

An amount of US$458,150 was due to be paid to Noetic on or before the 31st May 2019. Noetic and BPPL have agreed to an extension for this payment to 30 September 2019.
