iProperty Group Ltd (ASX:IPP) ผู้ถือหุ้นออกเสียงเห็นด้วยกับโครงการ

iProperty Group จำกัด (iProperty) (ASX:IPP) ประกาศว่าผู้ถือหุ้นรายใหญ่ของ iProperty วันนี้ลงมติเห็นชอบกับรูปแบบของการจัดการระหว่าง iProperty และผู้ถือหุ้นของบริษัท (Scheme) ซึ่งได้อธิบายไว้ในหนังสือคู่มือโครงการ iProperties ลงวันที่ 14 ธันวาคม 2015 ว่า REA Group จำกัด จะได้รับหุ้นสามัญที่ออกมาทั้งหมดของ iProperty (ซึ่งสมาชิกของ REA Group ยังไม่ได้สิทธิ์เป็นเจ้าของหุ้นนี้) ผ่านบริษัทย่อยที่จัดตั้งขึ้นใหม่คือ Austin Bidco Pty Ltd
