Schibsted (OSL:SCH) Sverre Munck, EVP in Schibsted ASA, has on 29 December 2008 transferred 629 shares in Schibsted ASA to his 100 percent controlled company Libras AS. The shares are transferred at a price of NOK 78.00. Libras AS' total holding after the transaction is 8,629 shares, which is the total number of Schibsted shares controlled by Sverre Munck.

Schibsted (OSL:SCH) Jan Erik Knarbakk, EVP in Schibsted ASA, has on 21 November 2008 bought 1,000 shares in Schibsted at NOK 68.00 and 500 shares at NOK 67.50. Knarbakk now holds 11,563 shares.

Schibsted (OSL:SCH) Olav Mugaas, EVP in Media Norge, has on 20 November 2008 bought 1,200 shares at 68.00. Current holding is 3,849 shares.

Schibsted (OSL:SCH) Gisle Glück Evensen, CFO in Media Norge, has on 18 November 2008 bought 400 shares at 72.50. Current holding is 699 shares.

Schibsted (OSL:SCH) Schibsted is in the process of refinancing the EUR 400 million bridge loan through which the acquisition of Trader Classified Media was financed in 2006. The banks have given their commitments and the new facility will total EUR 500 million. The facility is a three year multi-currency drawing facility. The agreement will be signed in October.
