The company has 220 employees and achieved a revenue in excess of 31 million euro in 2007. The acquisition will immediately contribute to the earnings per share.

These orders confirm Imtech's strong position in the English universities, colleges, private education initiatives and subsidised educational facilities market.

Imtech has recently acquired four contracts in different sub-segments, namely the refining of sludge for use as biomass for energy recovery, wind energy, reduction of air pollution in water treatment and energy reduction in residential districts. The total value of the orders comes to almost 61 million euro.

Imtech N.V. (AMS:IM) GOUDA - Imtech (technical services provider in Europe) has acquired German ICT specialist Neo GmbH. With its 45 employees, Neo realised revenues of 4 million euro in 2007. Neo is being integrated into Imtech's German ICT division, to augment Imtech's ICT portfolio in Germany. The management of Neo will stay on after the acquisition, thus guaranteeing continuity.

ILS is one of the strongest ICT players, as well as being the biggest IBM partner, in Austria. The acquisition price amounts to 6,5 times the EBITA and will be paid in cash. The acquisition will directly contribute to the revenue per share. The management of ILS will remain in place after the acquisition, which guarantees continuity.
