Babcock and Brown Japan Property Trust announces AUD$226 Million Equity Raise

Babcock & Brown Japan Property Trust (ASX: BJT) today announced the proposed acquisition of an interest in a diversified portfolio of 18 properties located in Japan for approximately Y38.6 billion or the equivalent of approximately AUD$450 million.
