Mr. Kearney has 37 years experience in the mining industry. He is currently the Chairman of Canadian Zinc Corporation, Xtierra Inc., Conquest Resources Limited, Minco plc and Anglesey Mining plc. In addition, Mr. Kearney is currently a director of Avnel Gold Mining Limited, Blackwater Capital Corp. and Sulliden Exploration Inc. He also currently serves as a director of the Mining Association of Canada.
