Beijing, Mar 24, 2006 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Dragonair will increase the number of weekly scheduled B747 freighter flights from Hong Kong to Frankfurt from three to four from April 9 to meet growing market demand.

"The launch of this additional flight to Frankfurt reflects growing demand for our services, and will give our customers more options and greater flexibility," said Albert Yau, General Manager, Cargo.

Dragonair's services to Frankfurt fly to/from the airline's home base of Hong Kong via Dubai.

In addition to the scheduled flights into Frankfurt, Dragonair also operates six B747-200/300 freighter flights a week between Hong Kong and Amsterdam and six weekly B747-200/300 freighter flights to Manchester in the UK.
