The selections were published at the Rautakesko event in Tampere on 24 November.
K-rauta Vantaanportti was chosen the Chain Store of the Year on the basis of the strong increase in customer satisfaction, good sales development and profitability. Job satisfaction has also increased and the store has an excellent team spirit. The diploma and the training scholarship of €1,000 were received by retailer Mikael Åstrand and Sales Manager Risto Oinonen.
The criteria behind the selection of K-rauta's Supplier of the Year included sales increase, cooperation with the chain in promoting objectives and the continuous development in strengthening the market position. Kronoflooring has been K-rauta's supplier for ten years and participated in creating the laminate collection of Cello, Rautakesko's international private label. The diploma was received by Christian Leopolder, Managing Director of Kronoflooring GmbH.
