Stirling Resources Limited (ASX:SRE) Appoints UK Investment Banker Mr David Nabarro As Director
Perth, Sep 22, 2009 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Australian resources developer Stirling Resources (ASX:SRE) is pleased to announce the appointment of experienced, London-based corporate financier David Nabarro as a non-executive director.
Mr Nabarro has worked as a financier in the City of London for nearly 40 years, and has an extensive understanding of the financial, industrial and resources sectors.
In 1990, he founded Nabarro Wells & Co, which became one of the UK's leading independent small to mid cap corporate finance houses before being acquired by Ambrian Capital PLC in April 2008.
Mr. Nabarro is a director of Ambrian Partners Limited, Ambrian's investment banking arm, which is recognised as one of the UK's leading small to mid cap natural resources advisers and brokers, where he advises on merger and acquisition activity and the sourcing of capital.
