Peak Resources Limited (ASX:PEK) Appoints Mr Paul Price As Director
Perth, Oct 21, 2010 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Peak Resources Limited advise that the Company has today appointed Mr. Paul Price as a director of the Company.
Mr. Price is a corporate lawyer and a former non executive chairman of Peak Resources with experience across both corporate and resource matters. He is a partner in the legal firm Price Sierakowski and has acted for both nationally and internationally for publicly listed entities.
Mr. Price has consented to fulfill the position of director of Peak Resources while the Company completes the appointment of a full time technical director as noted in the announcement of 20 October 2010.
