Bandanna Energy Limited (ASX:BND) Receives Draft "Terms of Reference" From Queensland Government For Arcturus And Springsure Creek Coal Projects

Brisbane, Feb 18, 2011 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Bandanna Energy Limited (ASX:BND), through its wholly owned subsidiary Springsure Creek Coal Pty Ltd, is pleased to announce that it has received the draft Terms of Reference (TOR) from the Queensland Department of Environment and Resource Management for both the Arcturus and Springsure Creek Coal projects in the southern Bowen Basin.

The TOR outlines the environmental, social and other aspects which need to be addressed in the Environmental Impact Assessment for both projects. The draft is now advertised for public comment.
