Mr. Counts has over 20 years of experience in mineral exploration and development in the arctic. He served as the President and CEO of Bluestone Resources Inc. (formerly Indicator Minerals Inc.) between January 2004 and January 2013, and remains a director of that company. Mr. Counts has also as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for TSX-V listed West Melville Metals Inc. since 2011. Between 1992 and 1997 he was employed by BHP Minerals Canada Ltd. and a member of the team responsible for the discovery and development of the Ekati diamond mine in the Northwest Territories. Mr. Counts is a Professional Geophysicist and holds a degree in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
