Marine Harvest ASA (OSL:MHG) Geveran Trading has extended TRS agreements relating to 21 million shares in Marine Harvest ASA which had expiry 8 January 2009. The new expiration of the TRS agreements is 8 July 2009. The exercise price on the agreements is NOK 1.335 per share. Geveran Trading's ownership in Marine Harvest ASA is unchanged after the extension of the TRS agreements. Geveran Trading holds 1,079,632,755 shares equating to an ownership of 31.033% of the outstanding shares. In addition Geveran Trading hold TRS agreements with an underlying exposure to 80 million shares.
