Sydney, Jan 18, 2011 (ABN Newswire) - Markets over reacted to China slowing concerns, and a tough year ahead for Queensland, creating the prospect for a robust recovery in prices through the rest of the week, according to Herston Economics Clifford Bennett.
Sterling and Oil remain favoured markets, but Resources and the Australian dollar are considered too low given the strong regional and global outlook. Insurance and Retail stocks may soon begin to recover, now that a lot of the negative news has been priced in. Bennett still favours a strong week ahead.
