* on October 24, 2008, it purchased 130,800 Unibail-Rodamco S.A. ordinary shares at the price of €106.2631 per share, * on October 27, 2008, it purchased 50,000 Unibail-Rodamco S.A. ordinary shares at the price of €106.6733 per share,

The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 180,800 shares at a weighted average price of €106.3765 for a total consideration of €19,232,878.48.
