Beijing, Dec 30, 2010 (ABN Newswire) - The newly founded China Mining Club will host its opening ceremony and its first mining investment saloon on January 7th 2011 in Beijing International Club St Regis Hotel.

China Mining Club is a non-profit organization and the only mining club formed to promote the mining industry in China and abroad. It is to provide both the Chinese and foreign mining industry, as well as financial institutions, mining consulting companies, accounting and law firms, a great networking forum for financing, transaction, cooperation and information exchange.

China Mining Club will host an Investment Salon each month and a Mining Forum each quarter. The Investment Salon is focused on mining project investment and executives from investment banks and mining companies will meet monthly to discuss business opportunities. At the quarterly Mining Forum, high ranking officials from the ministries major Chinese and international mining companies will be invited to make speeches on the policy and the development of the mining industry.
