The Placement will raise A$12,400,000 to accelerate exploration on Enterprise's existing projects and to develop possible new opportunities.

It has about 950 Transfer Agent clients and about 200 Employee Equity Plan clients. Shareowner Services Business generated USD 291 million in revenue for the calendar year 2010.

Spitfire Resources Limited (ASX:SPI) said today that drilling at its South Woodie Woodie Manganese Project in Western Australia has identified significant extensions to the zone of near-surface manganese mineralisation discovered at the Contact discovery last year. Drilling intersects a substantial new deeper zone which is up to 46m thick and 50m below surface. The Company has established an Exploration Target of 5-10Mt grading 15-25% Mn for the Contact discovery.
