Completion of Capital Raising and Appendix 3B
Sydney, Jan 22, 2013 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Indochine Mining Limited (
ASX:IDC) is pleased to announce the successful completion of capital raising of $7,044,358.64 million via private placement of 64,039,624 new IDC shares at $0.11 per share with existing institutional and sophisticated investors. The placement was finalised and shares allotted on Tuesday, 22 January 2013.
The funds will be used for activities in connection with the recent ongoing drilling of "bonanza" gold zones, resource extensional drilling and working capital.
