Over his 30 plus years in the energy industry, Mr. Baguley has led teams that have designed, built, delivered, and operated some of the most innovative and challenging LNG and related petrochemical projects around the world. This experience provides the knowledge and background to lead LNGL operations, which includes oversight of both the Magnolia LNG and Bear Head LNG projects, the Company's OSMR(R) technology, managing strategic alliances with service providers, and ensuring effective integration across design, construction, and operations.

"I congratulate John on his new role, and look forward to working with him as we continue to drive the Company onward into its next phase working with our customers, strategic partners, and shareholders."
Mr. Baguley said, "I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as LNGL's Chief Operating Officer and to carry on the excellent progress we have made in taking our projects from conception through development and now ready for construction.
