Buccaneer Energy Limited (ASX:BCC)开始从Kenai Loop生产天然气

Buccaneer Energy Limited (BCC.AX)欣然表示，Kenai Loop 1号井已于2012年1月14日(美国时间)开始了天然气生产。

公司预计，这口井将在头2-3个月内每天生产多达500万立方英尺的天然气，同时也会对气藏的表现进行监控。公司将会参与ENSTAR冬季每日竞拍项目以便将天然气卖给ENSTAR。ENSTAR会通过这一每日竞拍项目将未来24小时内对天然气产品的额外要求提供给天然气生产商，而天然气生产商则可根据这些要求就天然气的价格和气量进行报价来销售他们的天然气产品。

ENSTAR在这一段时间内的冬季额外要求主要是根据天气情况作出的，因此每天都会出现波动。

若每天的总产品量没有能卖给ENSTAR，公司也可以根据与当地液态天然气工厂签订的天然气销售协议向康菲石油(NYSE:COP)出售天然气产品。

"实现Kenai Loop项目的天然气生产和销售是公司取得的一个重要的里程碑，也是我们在阿拉斯加项目的首次生产。公司对于团队的速度和高效率感到非常骄傲，他们从Kenai Loop的资源发现、获得开采权到实现生产仅仅用了不到9个月的时间，这其中包括建设输气管道、建设钻探、生产和运输大量天然气所需的设备。公司非常期待开始2012年的钻探工作。钻探计划于2012年第二季度开始，之后我们会开展离岸项目。"
