Linc Energy Ltd (ASX:LNC) is pleased to announce it has secured a significant coal exploration concession "Polanka-Wielkie Drogi" (PWD) in Poland in the south eastern part of the Upper Silesia Coal Basin. The coal is of a sub-bituminous quality, covering an acreage of 216 square kilometres. The Company expects to commence exploration activities in early 2012.

Linc Energy Limited (ASX:LNC) is pleased to announce the commencement of drilling on the Fitzgerald Unit #1 of the Barbers Hill oil field in Chambers County, Texas. This is the first new well to be totally drilled by Linc Energy since acquiring the Gulf Coast assets of ERG Resources on 11th October 11 2011. The well will be drilled utilising the Pioneer Rig #15 and has a proposed total depth of 1,706 metres (5,544 feet).

Linc Energy Ltd (ASX:LNC) is pleased to announce the commencement of production from the Higgins #18 oil well in the Barbers Hill oil field of Chambers County, Texas, USA. This is the first well to be completed by Linc Energy since acquiring the Gulf Coast assets of ERG Resources on 11th October 2011. Initial production rate from the well is 144 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) from the "Frio 6" sand which was intersected at a depth of 5355' in the well.
