ADX Energy Ltd (ASX:ADX) is pleased to announce that the 2D seismic acquisition over the Kerkouane-1 discovery and surrounding prospective areas in the ADX operated Kerkouane license offshore Tunisia has successfully been completed by Shell Tunisia Offshore GmbH. The survey was acquired under a data exchange and acquisition agreement with Shell as part of larger program being undertaken by Shell. The data is currently being processed by Shell.

ADX Energy Ltd (ASX:ADX) is pleased to announce that following the ASX Dougga interim resource results update from 4th November 2010, the competent person's report (CPR) has now been completed by TRACS-AGR ("Tracs"). TRACS-AGR is a leading provider of essential services to the international petroleum industry with worldwide operations. This independent review by a highly reputable resource certification company has resulted in a number of encouraging findings which indicate that the Dougga gas field is a potentially viable resource, and that the planned Dougga appraisal well is an important next step to confirming its commercial potential.

ADX Energy Ltd (ASX:ADX) is pleased to report that preparations for the commencement of drilling operations on the Company's operated well are progressing according to plan albeit slightly slower than expected. The company is moving ahead very cautiously despite the improved security situation in Tunisia. However these minor delays have not resulted in any significant additional cost. The current situation in Libya is not affecting the company's operations in Tunisia. The well location is 350 km west of the Tunisian border with Libya.

ADX Energy Ltd (ASX:ADX) report that preparations for the commencement of drilling operations on the Company's operated well are progressing according to plan. Site preparations have been completed and all key service and supply contracts are in place.

ADX Energy Ltd (ASX:ADX) (PINK:ADXRF) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Challenger Limited to provide Drilling Rig Services for the Sidi Dhaher well in the Chorbane Exploration Permit onshore Tunisia. Challenger will be providing the RIG 37 onshore drilling unit to conduct the work programme.
