Acquisition of Managed Service Customers

NSX:BCT) is pleased to announce that it has entered an agreement to acquire the Managed Service customer base from Boltons Office Supplies Pty Ltd.

Revenue to Group: $625,000
EBITDA to Group: $125,000 post transactional synergies
Purchase Price: $250,000 payable in cash
Completion Date: Transaction to be completed on 1 September 2022.
Boltons Office Supplies Pty Ltd is a well-established Bendigo based business predominately focussed on the sale of office and commercial stationery, IT consumables and hardware, workwear, cleaning chemicals, paper and related office supplies.
The business has been offering Managed Services for several years with its service offerings including managed IT services, cloud services, security services, hardware, software and managed phone systems.
Bendigo Telco Managing Director Kevin Dole said, "the acquisition is aligned to the Groups servicebased growth strategy and will provide the Group the privilege of servicing and supporting an additional 55 customers".
