Petrolia Drilling Petrolia Drilling ASA has on 28 July 2008 extended a forward contract of 8.333.333 shares in PetroMENA ASA. New delivery date is 24 October 2008.

After the above mentioned transaction, Petrolia Drilling ASA controls 76.057.118 shares in PetroMENA ASA, including the above mention forward contract, corresponding to 51,47 % of the shares outstanding in PetroMENA ASA.
