Perth, May 12, 2009 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Kairiki Energy Limited (ASX:KIK)(PINK:KAIRF) is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement for the placement of 8,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares at an issue price of 14 cents per share to raise gross proceeds of A$1,120,000. The funds raised from this issue will be used for working capital purposes.
The placement has been arranged by Southern Cross Equities Limited to professional and sophisticated investors.
