Bow Energy (ASX:BOW) Quarterly Report to 31 March 2010: Bow Continues Gas Reserves Growth

Brisbane, May 3, 2010 AEST (ABN Newswire) - During the quarter Bow Energy (ASX:BOW) obtained further certified gas reserves for its 100% owned Comet tenement (ATP1025P):

- 3P certified gas reserves on the Comet Field of 871 petajoules (PJ) of 3P and 439 PJ 2C resource. The Comet

CSG Field is located immediately north of the Blackwater CSG Field in ATP1025P and has Rangal and

Burngrove Coal Measures as the primary targets; and

- Initial certification of 2P gas reserves of 59 PJ for its Blackwater CSG Field exceeding gas reserves required to underpin Bow's Blackwater Power Project.

Bow's current gas reserves and end 2010 gas reserves targets are summarised below.

Based on the early success of the initial core hole at Norwich Park and subject to continued positive drilling results, Bow may increase its 2010 3P reserve targets during the next quarter.
