Sihayo Gold Limited (ASX:SIH) Tranche 2 Of Fully Underwritten Private Placement Completed

Perth, Sep 15, 2010 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Sihayo Gold Limited (ASX:SIH) is pleased to announce the issue of 23,070,000 new shares at A$0.14c per share to complete tranche 2 of the previously announced fully underwritten, private placement, which will raise a total of A$10.8m upon completion.

Please refer to the Company's ASX release dated 28th July 2010 for further details of the A$10.8 million capital raising.

Tranche 3 of the capital raising will take place within 30 business days of Tranche 2.

Today Sihayo Gold also announced that it had authorised the placement of 23,070,000 fully paid ordinary shares ("Shares") at 14 cents each to raise A$3,229,800.

The Company is pleased to advise that the placement was successfully concluded and the Shares were issued and allotted today.

The Shares above are part of a class of securities quoted on the ASX and may be subject to a subsequent offer for sale. The Company gives this notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act.

The Company issued the Shares above without a disclosure document to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

1. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act; and

2. section 674 of the Corporations Act.

There is no excluded information, as defined in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act, as at the date of this notice.
