Appointment of Alternate Director

ASX:BAU) ("BRL" or "the Company") advises that Qingwei Zhan, the representative from the Company's substantial shareholder Yankuang Group Corporation (Yankuang), has appointed Fengyong Sun as his alternate director.
Mr Fengyong Sun has an engineering degree and a MBA degree. Mr Sun has been working in different areas of coal mining, electricity generation and electrolytic aluminium inside Yankuang Group Ltd for over 17 years. Mr. Sun is a senior engineer with extensive engineering knowledge and project management skills.
