Advises Change of Directors with the Appointment of Mr Cunliang Lai

ASX:BAU) advises the following changes to its Board of Directors with the appointment of Mr Cunliang Lai as non-executive director replacing Mr Zhan Qingwei as the representative from the Company's substantial shareholder, Yankuang Group Corporation (Yankuang).
Mr Cunliang Lai is a senior engineer, a researcher in engineering technology application with a Doctorate in Engineering and an Executive Masters in Business Administration. He has been named as one of China National's Top-Ten Coal Mine Managers, China National Coal Industry's Top-100 Achievers and a Shandong Provincial Youth-and-Middle-Aged Specialist for Outstanding Contributions.
Mr Lai has more than 20 years of experience in coal mine management and holds the position of Deputy General Manager of Yanzhou Coal Mining Company Limited and is a Director of the Australian ASX Listed Yancoal Australia Ltd. He is a graduate of Nankai University and Coal Science Research Institute.
