ASX:RYG) advises that the resolutions put to its Extraordinary General Meeting, held on 7 October 2014 were passed.
In accordance with ASX listing rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the Corporations Law find attached a schedule of the results of the resolutions.
Raya Group Limited announces today the appointment of Mr Geoff Barnes as Chief Operating Officer of the group. Mr Barnes is a current Director of Raya Group Limited.
