ASX Grants Waiver for Changes to Option Terms
Sydney, June 11, 2019 AEST (ABN Newswire) - The Board of The BetMakers Holdings Limited (
ASX:TBH) (TPBTF:OTCMKTS) ("Company") is pleased to announce that the ASX has granted the Company's request for a waiver of ASX Listing Rule 6.23.3 ("Waiver") in connection with the amendments proposed to be made to the terms of the options on issue to Todd Buckingham ("Proposed Amendments").
As detailed in the Company's Notice of Meeting dated 20 May 2019, the grant of the Waiver satisfies one of the two conditions precedent required to affect the Proposed Amendments to the terms of the options. The remaining condition precedent is the Company obtaining shareholder approval for the Proposed Amendments at the shareholder meeting to be held on 21 June 2019.
