Sydney, Dec 24, 2009 (ABN Newswire) - iSOFT Group Limited (ASX:ISF) Australia's largest listed health information technology company on Wednesday announced it has agreed to restructure its senior secured debt facility to give the company greater flexibility to manage its global operations through additional working capital and funding capacity. The restructuring is expected to be completed before 31 December 2009.

Mt Isa Metals Limited (ASX:MET) said that all remaining assay results have now been received from the phase two drilling program at the Barbara Copper Prospect (North Lode). The results include high grade intersections which continue to support the potential to define an open-pittable sulphide copper deposit.

Highlights of the week's activities include: Cooper Basin (South Australia/Queensland) Oil Drilling; oil development wells Narcoonowie-8 (Beach 20,21%) and Tickalara-21 (Beach 30%) were cased and suspended as successful oil wells during the week; a Drill Stem Test conducted in Narcoonowie-8 over the Birkhead interval 1613 - 1620 metres yielded 50.4 barrels of clean oil and 2.4 barrels of drill mud in a 4 hour flow period.
