Appoints Chief Financial Officer

ASX:NNW) ("99 Wuxian" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ayngaran Kailainathan as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr Kailainathan is an accomplished finance professional with 15 years of experience across corporate advisory, financing and consulting to leading global banks, insurers and corporates.
Mr Kailainathan joins 99 Wuxian from Investorlink Group where he was a Director of Corporate Advisory.
Prior to Investorlink Group, Mr Kailainathan was a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch within the Investment Banking team where he spent more than 9 years working across strategic advisory, financings, M&A, debt and equity capital markets transactions for leading global financial institutions and corporate clients.
Prior to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Mr Kailainathan worked on complex project and structured financings at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and in actuarial consulting and data analytics at Trowbridge Deloitte for financial institutions and utilities clients.
Mr Kailainathan graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Commerce (with majors in Finance and Economics) and a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours.
The appointment of Mr Kailainathan follows an extensive executive search and coincides with 99 Wuxian's Strategic Review which was announced on 5 August 2014. The Strategic Review has identified the need to broaden and strengthen the capabilities and skills at 99 Wuxian for financing and capital markets, corporate strategy, investor relations and M&A.
