Kingsgate Consolidated Limited (ASX:KCN) (PINK:KSKGF) and Dominion Mining Limited (ASX:DOM) are pleased to announce that they have signed a Scheme Implementation Agreement under which it is proposed Kingsgate will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares in Dominion under a Scheme of Arrangement.
