This evolution follows the acquisition of Hugin including directnews by the Euronext Stock Exchange in December 2006. This acquisition led to the business combination of Hugin and directnews with Companynews. As a NYSE Euronext company, the new group will operate under a single Hugin brand and now forms the leading pan-European Corporate Communication service provider headed by Tor Bækkelund (CEO) with Olivier Mégean (Deputy CEO). This new group employs 120 staff.
