Rossiya Segodnya Signs Cooperation Agreement With China Radio International, News Web Site
The agreement was signed by Rossiya Segodnya Director General Dmitry Kiselev, CRI Director General Wang Gengnian and People's Daily Deputy Editor Ma Li.
The agreement with CRI stipulates an exchange of cultural materials and online banners, as well as annual three-month internships for employees. For the coverage of important events, such as the 70th anniversary of victory in World War II or the creation of the Silk Road Economic Belt, the parties agreed to create joint groups for the preparation of multimedia materials. In addition, the Rossiya Segodnya website will now feature a "Hello China" series.
The agreement with Zhenminvan allows the two parties to access each other's information databases with the right to use the information in their own news releases.
