Share Purchase Plan Closing Date - 8 April 2016

Perth, April 6, 2016 AEST (ABN Newswire) - Altech Chemicals Limited (googlechartASX:ATC) reminds shareholders that the closing date for applications for additional shares under its current Share Purchase Plan (SPP) is 5pm (WST) Friday 8 April 2016. There will be no extension to the closing date.

The SPP enables existing shareholders of the Company with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand at the record date (18 March 2016) to apply for up to $15,000 of new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company at $0.086 per share, without incurring any brokerage or other transaction costs.

Personal entitlement forms for participation in the SPP were distributed to all eligible shareholders on 24 March 2016. To participate in the SPP shareholders are able to make application via BPAY(R) (details are on the personal application form), or alternatively make application directly to the Company by completing the personal application form and lodging it together with an accompanying cheque or money order for payment of the shares. Applications made directly to the Company must be received by 5pm (WST) Friday 8 April 2016.
