Petratherm Ltd Announces Share Placement at A$0.28

Petratherm Limited (ASX: PTR) today announced that 5.25 million ordinary shares are to be placed by Taylor Collison Ltd and Lands Kirwan Tong Stockbrokers Pty Ltd. The placement is to be made at 28 cents per share and is conditional upon Minotaur Exploration Ltd (Minotaur) exercising $500,000 of its options in Petratherm. Minotaur has advised that it intends to exercise the options subject to the escrow conditions presently in place.

Honda to Mass Produce Revolutionary Non-Silicon Thin Film Solar Cell

Honda Motor Co., Ltd. (TSE: 7267) today announced its plan to begin mass production in 2007, of an independently developed thin film solar cell composed of non-silicon compound materials, which requires 50% less energy, and thus generate 50% less CO2, during production compared to a conventional solar cell. A mass production plant with annual capacity of 27.5 megawatts will be established at Honda's Kumamoto factory.

Further advancing its vision of a gasoline- and emissions-free transportation future, Honda R&D Americas, Inc., in conjunction with technology partner Plug Power Inc., introduced the Home Energy Station III, which provides heat and electricity for the home as well as fuel for a hydrogen-powered fuel cell vehicle. This third generation unit, located at the company's North American headquarters in Torrance, California, is more compact and efficient than previous Home Energy Station models.
